Blue Ribbon acheives its first Outstanding CQC Judgement

Blue Ribbon’s Sunderland branch are celebrating an ‘Outstanding’ rating for the quality of their care service following recent inspections by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Highlighting the care, support, and activities at Blue Ribbon in Tyne & Wear, the latest CQC report stated: “The vast majority of people rated the service as excellent for the care they received; the approach of staff; and the level of respect shown to them. One relative had described the care staff as ‘amazing’ and ‘very caring and sensitive’ to their family member’s complex needs.

Commenting on the CQC ‘Outstanding’ rating Mark Hughes, Blue Ribbon Franchisee said “We’re absolutely delighted to receive an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the Care Quality Commission. he result is a testament to our dedicated staff team who work incredibly hard, they should be very proud.”

Leanne Jeffries, Registered Manager said “The staff  at Blue Ribbon Community Care in Sunderland are extremely happy to achieve an ‘Outstanding’ overall rating with the Care Quality Commission. This has been a combined effort for all staff involved to ensure we give the correct and quality support to the people who use our services.
